Is MasterPass really free?
Yes. MasterPass — dashboard, organizations and permissions — is included free forever with every OnePass account, whether or not you add paid modules.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay per user, per month, only for the modules you switch on. Human Resource starts at S$6.50 per user and Project Management at S$12, with rates dropping automatically as your headcount grows — down to S$2.50 and S$5.50 at the largest band.
Are there discounts for bundles or longer commitments?
Yes. Adding HR and Project Management together saves 10%, annual billing saves a further 15%, and a 2-year plan saves 18%.
Can we add or remove modules later?
Anytime. Pricing is modular and per-user — bolt on HR or Project Management when you need them, or scale back down. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
